Welcome to Fingertip HR, the App that puts an interactive HR Manager in the palm of your hand.

In order to use FingertipHR you must agree to comply with, and be bound by, our Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”), which together with our privacy policy govern Fingertip HR Limited's relationship with you in relation to this App. If you disagree with these Terms you will be unable to access our App. You will be asked to confirm your agreement with these Terms on each occasion you re-launch the App.

Fingertip HR Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) refers to the owners of the App whose registered office is at Crest House, Middle Wallop, Stockbridge, Hampshire, SO20 8EG. Our company registration number is 07710905. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our App.

We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting on the App. Your continued access or use of the App after the modifications have become effective shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Terms.

The use of this App is subject to the following Terms:

  The contents of our App, including its "look and feel" (e.g. text, documents, spreadsheets, graphics, images, design, layout, appearance, logos and button icons), editorial content, attachments, notices, software (including HTML or XML-based computer programs) and other material, are protected under English and Welsh copyright and other laws. You may download or print a copy of the content provided in the App for internal use or distribution only.   Fingertip HR Limited may make available certain descriptions of its products and services within the App or on its associated website at www.fingertiphr.com. We do not represent or warrant that any particular product or service will conform to those descriptions. Each product or service is governed specifically and exclusively by the instrument entered into by the parties for that product or service and not by any information posted on the App. This paragraph 4 is in addition to and not instead of the disclaimers set forth in paragraph 3 above.

  You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Fingertip HR Limited, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable solicitor’s fees, arising out of or relating to any violation of these Terms or any activity related to use of the App (including but not limited to infringement of third parties' intellectual property rights or negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the App on your behalf.

  Unauthorised use of this App may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

• 6. Restricted Access Portions of the App

  You agree to take reasonable measures to ensure that no unauthorized person or entity shall have access to restricted areas of the App that you have subscribed to using your user name or password. You agree that, if you are provided rights to access or use restricted areas of the App because of your subscription, those rights are non-transferable. You may not assign, sublicense, transfer, pledge, lease, rent, or share the user name and password to or with anyone other than an employee or agent authorized to act on your behalf, and subject to all of the provisions set forth in these Terms. You assume all responsibility for loss or misuse of your user name and password and/or equipment and are responsible for any activities undertaken by a person in possession of your user name and password or equipment for any reason other than solely due to the negligence of Fingertip HR Limited.

• 7. Privacy

  We reserve the right to use any personal information you provide voluntarily for internal business purposes only, including to send you subsequent communications. We will not sell or transfer any personal information you provide to us to a third party for any reason. You are not required to provide any personal information in order to access any part of the App.

• 8. Governing Law

  These Terms, and the interpretation, performance and enforcement of your and Fingertip HR Limited’s rights and duties, shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By using the App, you agree to submit any and all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following:

  You may not, except with the express written permission of Fingertip HR Limited, distribute or commercially exploit the content of this App, nor may you transmit it or store it in any other App, website or other form of electronic retrieval system.

• 10. Free content and in-App Purchases

  There is no obligation to subscribe to any sections of the App that require an in-App purchase. Where you subscribe to one or more sections of the App that subscription will remain valid for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Updates during the currency of any six month subscription period will be automatic. Renewal of your subscription to each section purchased will be automatically processed by Apple Inc. at the expiry of each six month period unless you cancel the subscription through Apple Inc. in accordance with their procedures.

The content of this App is intended to comply overall with UK legislation but there may be variations in Scotland and Northern Ireland that will need to be taken into account if your business is based in those locations. The content of the App is based on statutory requirements; if your business is based in the UK you must also ensure that you comply with any contractual arrangements that are over and above any statutory requirements.
