Yes you can but there is no obligation on her to accept the invitation.
Can I do anything if my employee refuses to attend a course during her Maternity Leave?
No, there is no obligation on the employee to use any of the 10 keeping in touch days to which she is entitled.
What are keeping in touch days?
Your employee is entitled to 10 keeping in touch days which can be used to attend training courses, meet new colleagues or just to keep up-to-date with what’s happening at work.
